Refund Policy
Our refund terms are transparent and fair. Monthly plans, annual plans, and lifetime tiers each have clearly defined conditions — no hidden clauses.
This is a legally binding document between you and Alayra Systems LLC (United States) and its subsidiary Alayra Systems Pvt. Limited (Pakistan), collectively operating as Kinetic IDE. By using our services you agree to these terms.

This policy describes the conditions under which refunds may be issued for Kinetic IDE subscriptions and purchases.
All payments for Kinetic IDE are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our Merchant of Record. Paddle is the seller of record for all transactions and issues all invoices and receipts.
1. General Position
Kinetic IDE is a digital software service. Because access to the service, its features, and its AI infrastructure is granted immediately upon payment, all sales are generally final.
We do not offer refunds for:
- —Change of mind
- —Failure to use the service during a subscription period
- —Dissatisfaction with AI output quality, as this depends on third-party model providers
- —Partial subscription periods
- —Lifetime or one-time purchases (including the Founder Plan) after 7 days of first purchase
2. Free Trial
All new accounts receive a 90-day free trial. No payment is required during the trial. We encourage you to fully evaluate the service before purchasing a paid plan.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
Technical Failure
If Kinetic IDE is completely non-functional due to a technical issue on our side and we are unable to resolve it within 7 business days of a verified report, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund for the affected period.
Duplicate Charge
If you were charged twice for the same subscription period due to a billing error, we will refund the duplicate charge in full.
Accidental Purchase Within 48 Hours
If you purchased a plan by mistake and have not used the service (no AI tokens consumed, no sessions initiated), contact us within 48 hours of purchase and we will process a full refund.
Consumer Law Requirements
If you are located in a jurisdiction that grants statutory refund rights (such as the European Union's 14-day cooling-off period for digital goods), those rights apply where they cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact us to exercise these rights.
4. Founder Plan
The Founder Plan is a one-time lifetime purchase. Due to its nature, it is non-refundable after 7 days from the date of first purchase, except where required by applicable consumer law.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at:

Include in your request:
- —Your registered email address
- —The date of purchase
- —Your Paddle order or transaction ID (found in your Paddle receipt)
- —The reason for your refund request
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear in your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your payment method and bank.
6. Subscription Cancellation
Cancelling your subscription stops future billing. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period. Your access continues until the end of the paid period.
To cancel, go to your account settings or contact Paddle support directly from your Paddle receipt email.
7. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution of the dispute. We encourage you to contact us first — most billing issues can be resolved quickly.
